Roxane Revon is a french stage director based in NYC. A graduate from La Sorbonne University in Paris and HB Studio. She worked with the Actors Studio, The Wired Arts Festival, Avignon Festival, The New York Theatre Globe, The Play Company, Transatlantique Co., Dell’Arte Opera, LRP Productions, and Roots and Wings Co. She directed many plays such as Two shall meet by Caralie Christo, Menteurs by Colette Lapointe, Huis Clos/No Exit by Sartre, Music Hall by J-L Lagarce, Le Poisson Rouge by S. Grassian, The Bald Soprano by Ionesco, The Just Assassins by Camus, La Nuit de Valognes by E.E Schmitt, and Les Précieuses ridicules by Molière. She was a member of the PD Unit of the Actors Studio in 2014 and directed Madwomen of Chaillot by J. Giraudoux with Actors Studio members. She also worked with Opera directors such as Knud Adams (Carmen) and Heidi Lauren Duke (Butterfly’s Trouble). She is the artistic director of “Diffractions Theatre Company” and teaches acting, directing and french drama at CUNY University (John Jay College) and L’Atelier Théâtre in New York.
