Roxane & Laura share a passion for theater, teaching and New York. They have taught drama in a number of institutions and decided to mount a drama workshops in French in face of the growing community of French people in New York. They combine American and European acting techniques in their classes. The classes are structured around the classical and contemporary French repertoire.
Laura: “I started acting when I was 9 in a community theater near my house in Paris. Being an actor in New York, I am passionate about sharing the joy and freedom that drama can give to people in both my native and adopted tongues”.
Roxane: “I am passionate about theater. When I was 6, I took drama classes. I was part of the ATQL theater company in Paris. In New York I have started a directing career. Producing and directing shows in French and offering the possibility to actors to perform in French has been the challenge I have set myself when I first moved to New York 3 years ago.”
